Lead and coach a talented team to increase GMI brand relevance and drive growth by enabling our brands to seize key moments, connect through purpose-driven actions, and bring new value to super fans. In addition to partnerships, manage NXT, our bi-monthly speaker series with content and guests that inspire a growth mindset in our marketing community. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead partnership vision across all segments of sports, gaming and toy culture to unlock new opportunities for GMI brands Develop strategies and identify partners for GMI brands based on shared purpose or a specific business objective Aggressively pursue opportunities & create partnership ideas that align with business goals and objectives Lead sports, gaming and toy licensing approach, partner development, negotiation and reporting with key business teams Be an expert on whats currently happening in culture, with an eye towards emerging trends Be key point for relationship building and ongoing management of all cultural partnerships in this space Collaborate with ISM to develop scaled retail event partnership strategy Develop a pipeline of future partnership opportunities to drive growth for GMI brands Integrate the role of partnerships into the NAR brand building approach Make space for the work and time that NXT requires React quickly to strategically align with changing communications needs Manage two planners, coach them and contribute to their career growth Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree 5-8 years of experience in working with multiple marketing communication touchpoints, specifically partnerships and licensing exposure, along with multicultural experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years of communications experience Clear understanding and ability to translate strategy into tactical executions Experience leading people/teams Track record of close collaboration with partners to bring holistic ideas to life Ability to apply precision and focus to flawless execution National brand experience Ability to execute on consumer insights CPG industry experience #cb
