About the role:
The Regional Integrated. Marketing Manager works in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns, communication projects, and is responsible for developing proposals/presentations utilizing marketing collateral, data and analytics. Additionally, the RMM will collaborate with Cedarhurst Living community sales teams in conjunction with the corporate marketing team in concept development and production of marketing materials and activities.Responsible for tracking regional marketing KPIs and preparing reports for analysis, managing designated regions project intake - ensuring company messages are consistent with branding standards, projects are on track to meet identified deadlines and communicate progress and/or issues with all involved parties.

Will be responsible for managing the marketing and advertising campaigns for designated region
Foster and advance external partnerships to create high impact opportunities
Develops multi-channel marketing plan including campaign strategy and audience targeting through a variety of lead generation tactics
Develop/communicate messaging, positioning and brand promise consistently throughout all programs
Track, report and share integrated marketing campaign performance on a regular basis
Conduct market research for new and existing markets Ò analyzing products, competition, pricing and industry trends to develop competitive messaging and positioning
Monitors designated regions marketing budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Develop project plans, schedule and work breakdown structure for projects as needed
Communicates campaign status, progress on deliverables and risk/issues to partners and leadership in a timely manner
Leverages data and insights from overall integrated channel performance reports
Collaborates with marketing sub-departments to ensure campaign assets align with communication strategies and objectives
Dedicates time to support Marketing innovation and quality improvement
Analyze consumer, competitive, and industry trends in order to influence business decisions
Participate in content creation for designated region ranging from blogs, social media posts, content marketing campaigns, etc.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Focuses activities on organization goals
Willing to explore new and creative solutions to meet desired business goals and objectives
Nimble and able to adapt and adjust quickly
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of marketing project management experience OR 5-7 year of related experience (marketing or graphic design within healthcare development setting preferred)
Proven ability in influencing others by adapting the approach to suit the individual/group in order to achieve the preferred outcomes
Proven experience in lead generation
Digital marketing knowledge with an emphasis in geofencing not required, but preferred
Demonstrated ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment, start-up culture, balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities at once
Passion to achieve results through self-motivation, initiative and proactive orientation with a sense of professional curiosity, desire to learn new things and to find / recommend solutions to problems
Superior project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and communicate in a clear, accurate, efficient and professional manner in written and verbal communications, as well as possess strong presentation skills
Creative and out of the box thinking is a must, with a proven ability to lead in project management capacity Ò independently as well as on a team.
Must have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, to be flexible, to work well with many interruptions
Driven to achieve and exceed goals and have the ability to motivate others to do the same.
Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build effective working relationships with others, at all levels of the organization
Must exhibit and promote a high level of integrity, customer service, hospitality, curiosity and friendliness towards all residents, visitors, employees and the overall organization
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, along with the ability and willingness to adopt new software applications, particularly project management and web form creation software. Although will not be doing design work actively, having design experience is a plus.
